EMERY&CIE DESIGNER LIGHTING AND HANDMADE LAMPS

Each room is equipped with at least one light fixture, which can also be seen as a beautiful object.

That is why Emery&Cie has devoted a significant chapter of its production to this matter.

Mounts for this artificial light in all its forms, but lighting that is always artisanal and original

in which we can recognise the spirit of the brand.

Among the chandeliers, for example, we find a reinterpretation of the tassel chandeliers of yesterday in the “À Perles” chandelier, which comes in three different sizes opening out into its wrought iron scrolls and glass pearls, available in a colour of the customer’s choosing. Other original models, such as the “De Noël” or the “Punition” chandeliers, also highlight the blacksmith’s talent for producing Agnès Emery’s creations.

In contrast to the imposing presence of the chandeliers, more modest lamps, to be used together or on their own, have not been forgotten. Because every detail counts when organising a space. Glass, cut metal sheets and even ceramic have been called upon to create these models. From simple coloured glass bobeche pendants to a sophisticated “Méduse” jellyfish, through cut metal models that project poetic shadows…

Artisanal wrought iron also prevails in standing lamps and several wall lights,

continuing the themes borrowed from nature that are so dear to Agnès Emery: the “Cerf” or “Poisson” wall lights, but they’re not the only ones. Brass, copper and nickel silver are the various finishes of the “Masque” and “Corolles” wall lights, while glass, in pearls, in coloured bobeches or pendant lights, allows you to customise certain models and transform their luminous glow.

All kinds of lampshades, in fabric or in hand-printed wallpaper in numerous patterns and colours, are produced to order in our Brussels workshop. Moreover, Agnès Emery sometimes hand paints patterns of her own invention on black or gold paper lampshades, making for truly unique bespoke pieces.
